No, we do not sell watches. We provide analytics to help individuals and investors track, find and buy luxury watches. We display listings that redirect the user to the corresponding selling website. No watch purchase takes place on watchindex.co.

We compile data coming from major websites specialized in second-hand luxury watches.

We have a dedicated team of engineers specialized in mathematics and data science. Each figure on Watch Index is updated multiple times a day.

What does 7d % mean? What about 30d %?
7d % represents the price change over the past seven days (week). 30d % represents the price change over the past thirty days (month).

What does the Price reflect? What about Volume?
Any price displayed on the Home and Market pages is the current average of the corresponding watch. The Volume represents the sum of all the listings for a specific watch.

What is Volatility?
The Volatility is used to describe the price fluctuations of a watch. Volatility is measured by the day-to-day percentage difference in the price of the watch.

What is the Premium?
The Price Premium is the percentage by which a specific watch's market price exceeds its recommended retail price.

What do you mean by Vintage?
Vintage watches are at least 20 years old. They are no longer sold by authorized dealers at their retail price and only have the market as a price reference. Therefore, we are unable to provide a retail premium for such watches.
